Pet Policy

We allow 2 pets per apartment. There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Pet rent is $20 per pet, per month.

RAM Partners has a “NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS” policy. Dog breeds and any mixes thereof prohibited are Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Pit Bull (including the American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and American Pit Bull Terrier), and any other breed as designated by Management.

All applicants will be required to complete Pet Screening at the time of application.

*We participate in Pet DNA testing to help keep our community clean!

Five stars is not enough to show how happy we are with Greystone @ Riverchase! We’ve been here for 6 yrs now and just getting better. Specially in regards to the leasing staffs! They always make us feel at home. Amenities are great and always clean. Parking spaces are huge where also kids can play. Maintenance are very helpful in anything we need to get fix. Love love the apartment sizes!
